March Edition - Behind the Bottle with Lisa Chambers
•
Tigerfish

Hosted by Lisa Chambers — one of WA’s true Champagne geeks and an absolute authority when it comes to the region.
She’ll be pouring three wines from the great house of Louis Roederer.
Founded in 1776 and still family-owned, Louis Roederer is revered for its vineyard-first philosophy. Unlike many Grande Marques, they farm the majority of their own estate vineyards, giving them
extraordinary control over quality and style. Precision, depth and texture define the house.
(Yes — this is also the house behind Cristal. But that’s a story for another night.)
ON TASTE
Louis Roederer Collection 245 (Multi-Vintage)
The modern evolution of non-vintage Champagne. Layered orchard fruit, citrus oil, chalk and subtle brioche. Precise and energetic.\
Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2016
A structured, powerful vintage showing ripe stone fruit, roasted nuts and saline minerality. Built to age, but singing now.
Louis Roederer Rosé Vintage 2018
Textural and refined. Wild strawberry, blood orange, rose petal and gentle spice with remarkable poise.
